Privacy Policy

Last Updated: June 12, 2026

1. Introduction

Quigley Group ("we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to collecting as little personal information as possible. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect when you visit quigley.group or contact us, what we do with it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

2. Information We Collect

We collect only what you give us through one of our forms or messages, plus the minimal technical data needed to run the site securely:

What we do NOT do: We do not set first-party cookies, use analytics or advertising trackers, process payments on this site, or sell or rent your personal information.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you submit to respond to you, to schedule and prepare for calls you request, to send the newsletter you asked for, and — if an inquiry leads to an engagement — to communicate with you about that work. We do not use your information for advertising, profiling, or automated decision-making.

4. SMS / Text Messaging

When you text Quigley Group at (845) 303-2112 or provide your mobile number, we may send you SMS text messages related to your inquiry, scheduling, and the services you requested. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help.

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS consent/opt-in data with any third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in information is used solely to deliver the messages you requested and is shared only with the messaging carrier as required to deliver the message. No mobile information is shared with third parties for marketing.

5. Information Sharing and Subprocessors

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with the service providers we rely on to run the site and respond to you, including our hosting provider (Railway), call scheduling (Cal.com), transactional email delivery (Resend), our newsletter service, and our SMS/voice provider (Twilio) for messages you exchange with our business line. We may also disclose information if required by law.

6. Data Retention

We retain contact and booking submissions for up to 24 months from submission, or until you ask us to delete them. Newsletter subscriptions are retained until you unsubscribe.

7. Your Rights and Choices

You may ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, ask us to stop processing it, opt out of SMS by replying STOP, and unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time. To make a request, email [email protected]. We respond within 30 days.

8. California Residents (CCPA / CPRA)

We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act. California residents have the right to know what we collect, to request deletion or correction, and to limit use of sensitive personal information.

9. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures (HTTPS in transit, access controls, rate limiting) to protect your information, consistent with the NY SHIELD Act. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
